[Feature Request] Add Traditional Chinese (taiwaneseMandarin) translation support

I have successfully implemented and tested the Traditional Chinese (Taiwanese Mandarin) localization in my fork.

I would like to contribute these changes to this project.

Proposed Changes:

• Translation Files: Added [taiwaneseMandarin] sections to dat/HTMLTag-dialogs.ini and dat/HTMLTag-translations.ini.
• Resource File: Created src/Forms/localizations/taiwaneseMandarin.rc following the existing language patterns.
• Header Updates: Updated src/Forms/dialogs.h to include definitions for Traditional Chinese.

Technical Note:
I would like to mention that my coding skills are quite limited, so I relied on an AI assistant to help me modify the dialogs.h file. I used the following macro definitions to match the project's structure:

While these work in my tests, I am not certain if the ID values (0x0490, 0x0890) are correct or if they follow your project's naming conventions. Please let me know if any adjustments are needed!

• Translation Files: Added [taiwaneseMandarin] sections to dat/HTMLTag-dialogs.ini and dat/HTMLTag-translations.ini.

Those 2 files are everything you need to translate the menu and dialog text — no "coding" required. The RC files are not compiled anymore. See the guide to contributing for more information.

You can simply attach your INI files to this issue. Make sure to save them with a "safe" file extension like .TXT, or GitHub may refuse to upload them.

If anyone wants to use the new localizations immediately, make sure to delete or rename the following files:

If you're using a fully installed Notepad++:

%AppData%\Notepad++\plugins\Config\HTMLTag\dialogs.ini
%AppData%\Notepad++\plugins\Config\HTMLTag\localizations.ini

If you're using a portable Notepad++:

$(PORTABLE_NPP_DIR)}\plugins\Config\HTMLTag\dialogs.ini
$(PORTABLE_NPP_DIR)}\plugins\Config\HTMLTag\localizations.ini

Then:

• download HTMLTag-dialogs.ini and HTMLTag-translations.ini from GitHub

• save both in the same folder as HTMLTag.dll:

  • fully installed:

    # 64-bit
    %ProgramFiles%\Notepad++\plugins\HTMLTag
    
    # 32-bit
    %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Notepad++\plugins\HTMLTag_unicode
    

  • portable:

I am aware that this file can be modified within the folder, but since there is no corresponding language for dialogs.h, it seems to be ineffective. That is why I am inquiring.
