Update vsantos.rbind.io to GitHub Pages

Please update the redirect for vsantos.rbind.io to point to
https://vsntos.github.io/site/ with HTTPS enabled.

I'm sure this is possible. Two things required by GitHub Pages to recognize the custom domain:

1. Need a "user site" - the GitHub Pages site can't have any path components.
2. Need a CNAME file at the repo root with the content vsantos.rbind.io for this to work.
