Large file upload issue. (1gb file)

Sir, please solve the issue. I cant upload large file (1gb file) I also change php.ini settings. but after some time function is closed automatcally.
Please resove this issue. and Please make a loading bar with time.

This has to do with the "max_input_time" setting in PHP

I think the only real way around this would be to have what they call "chunked uploads" (where your browser splits the file up into separate chunks before uploading, which are recombined after they're uploaded), but I'm unaware of any way to do this without JavaScript. Maybe some of the magic in HTML5 could do it without JS, I don't know, I'll look into it

If I can find a way to do chunked uploads without JS, I'll absolutely do it. Otherwise, I may consider it, so long as the basic upload function would still work without JS.
