check_mac_release() should probably write the URL somewhere

Since the macOS builder doesn't send you an email, and the URL doesn't work right away, it's very easy to send a job, but then have no way to find those results later.

What does the fix feel like? Because this is not ringing a bell for me.

I think that's how it was before? So ... if you restart R or whatever, that URL has been lost in the sands of time. So I'm not sure the situation is any better than when I opened this issue.

Oooh I thought this was resolved by writing the URL to the screen. Regardless, I'm not sure where else we'd put it, and if you have to resubmit it's not the end of the world.

I was thinking something like the way we jot down details in CRAN-SUBMISSION or discover the latest revdep folder.
