Zoom/Scale Graph UI

Context

Modellers use the graph to explore connections between nodes or navigate quickly to certain sections of the graph in order to debug or demonstrate the effects of a change.

Current shortcoming

You cannot easily "zoom" out or in of the graph. That means it can be hard to navigate the graph quickly, and to get a sense of the 'overview' of a sector without more experience with the graph.

Proposed enhancement

Enable zooming in the Engine graph UI.

Success criteria

Modellers find this enhancement improves their experience of navigating the graph.
