Bug description
Hello, I am having a few issues using quarto with R code in positron. What typically happens is that I write some code and try to run it with ctrl+enter (on windows). Then there is a long lag for the code to run in the console. Sometimes ctrl+enter stops working entirely, and I have to manually highlight the code and hit ctrl+enter for it to run.
I also notice that .vdoc files are created and not deleted automatically, thus showing up in my version control pane and I have to delete them manually. Finally, inline suggestions (to suggest objects or column names with tab) become extremely slow.
Are others experiencing any similar issues? I would not think that these different issues are linked, except that they all seem to occur together. Apologies if this is better suited to posit-dev/positron, but it seems to be quarto-specific.
