Versioning Additions

This version introduces multiple breaking changes! ⚠️

  • Adds practice.md to show how to put Rapid Versioning into practice and how it compares to various versioning systems

Initial Release

This first release of rapid contains the guidelines for the rapid versioning system. Per those guidelines, the first release of rapid has been created as 0.1.0. Rapid is not production ready yet as there are still many more guidelines that we will need to add. However, rapid is set up and the Rapid Versioning System can now be effectively used to replace Semantic Versioning.
