Summary

• allow the ambient cycle tool to deserialize numeric counters from either JSON numbers or integer strings
• apply the same lenient handling to next_schedule.wake_in_minutes
• add regression coverage for stringified counts

Covered by PR #175 (issue #133), which added deserialize_string_or_u32 and deserialize_string_or_option_u32 visitors to src/tool/ambient.rs and applied them to memories_modified, compactions, and all three wake_in_minutes fields, plus 5 regression tests. Upstream PR #116 was a narrower precursor of upstream PR #173.

Closing as superseded by #175.
