Update/Complete Readme Examples Table

Some examples are not listed in the markdown table. Is there a specific reason to keep them away? Because the visitor is most probably going to navigate through the links in readme table and the examples not listed there may not catch the users' eye.

Following are the examples missed in the readme table listed by directory names

1. extractive_qa: Explore Extractive Question Answering using Qdrant for efficient context retrieval and HuggingFace models for embeddings and answer extraction.
2. qdrant_101: Explore the fundamentals of vector databases, focusing on Qdrant's capabilities for efficient storage, retrieval, and search of high-dimensional vectors, crucial for applications like semantic search and recommendation systems.
