Validate each RSS feed in CI #579
Description
It would be nice to validate and verify the RSS feed periodically in CI, as GitHub Action or something so that we don't have to manually check it.
- add it as CI in PR touching the config.ini file
- add it as a cron job that runs periodically/once a week/month etc
