[Bug] Use correct USB device name

Describe the bug
The device names in the USB and BLE dialogs don't match.

This is tricky with USB because what we are seeing is actually the product name string.

We probably want to include both the product name and the hub name so that other uses of the product name by the OS still include the product name.

Since there isn't any standard USB "device name" descriptor (that I could find), I think we don't have much other choice than to include the user-selected hub name in the product string.

We could use the better-known product names too. I don't think many people know that the Spike Prime Hub is a LEGO Technic Large Hub.

So maybe something like: TeamBot123 (SPIKE Prime)

It would be nice to do that for BLE too, but I suppose we don't have that many characters.
