Provide a <noscript> #1
Description
As a user using uBlock Origin in a manner that makes JavaScript an opt-in experience, I would appreciate if this site had a <noscript> tag to remind users to enable JavaScript and/or enable it via their ad or script blocker. Currently it's a blank screen which looks like an error. As a bonus for adding this layer of accessibility, a <noscript> assists TUI browser users that they will need a full-featured browser to access and execute the scripts to see the site.
Long-term: much of the content like the index page and terms of service should be readable without needing to execute JavaScript.
