[Feature Request]: Set min update limit before the indicator shows up in the top bar.

I see the update indicator very often with only <5 updates, and it's very annoying to update the system every often. Instead, we can have something like a limit that we can input so that the indicator won't show in the top bar if the total updates are less than the set limit, say 20.

That way we can update all them together at once instead of updating some every few hours.

It took me a while to decide towards this feature. First, and most notable: such a setting could be dangerous, as important security updates could be published and the indicator does not notify for them, as the number of the updated packages is below the limit you suggest.

Second, adding a setting for such a limit would interfere with the "Indicator always visible" setting. This could confuse users.

Nevertheless, I decided to implement it. There will be a red warning for the new limit setting, when activated.
