wxtoproxy fails to open

Installed wxtoproxy per directions, but when I double-click wxtoproxy, it fails to open. First time I did so windows defender threw an error, and I clicked "run anyway". Now when I double click it nothing happens at all, nothing visible in task manager either.

You need to drag it into your wxtoimg installation folder first.
