Road network and shield text is not always correct

It seems that for the same major road or highway, sometimes the shield text and network are incorrect. In the first screenshot, the same roadway has two different sets of info. One has a network of "other" and shield text of "I70", and the other has a network of "US:I" and shield text of "70". The latter is expected. I gleaned this from the feature inspector on pmtiles.io, using both my own generated tile set, and the one made available on demo-bucket.

It's not just a one-off problem, either. In the second screenshot, you can see the same issue exists for I-25, US 36, I-270, and I-76.

To work around this for now, I'm using the filter below to weed out the incorrect US highway and interstate shields:

Obviously this only works for US highways and interstates, but that's where I'm seeing the issue. Thankfully there are plenty of correct shields that it still looks fine!
