Issues discovered in Allmaps (mega-issue)

• Improve the contrast on road text (allmaps style)
• Farmland is not symbolized (look at the area west of Schiphol)
• Railway track styling needs to be improved
• Display POI names even in the styles without icons (data viz styles, custom flavors)
