Report types of browserhacks

Similar to how we group MediaFeatures and color formats we should also group browserhacks:

• *zoom: 1 and *vertical-align: middle -> *property for properties
• @supports (-webkit-appearance: none) and @supports (-webkit-appearance: none) and (min-width: 1000px) -> -webkit-appearance: none for @supports atrules
• font-size: 10px \\9; and margin: 0\\9; -> \\9 for values
