[INFRA] Do not store the bpmn-layout-generators jar in the repository #10
To reduce the size of the repository and to ease upgrade (see #45).
This could be done at project setup: download the jar and store it at the right place in the directory.
The jar is available in https://github.com/process-analytics/bpmn-layout-generators, in dedicated branches related to releases
