Add maven support

We have added simple maven support to java-psd-library

Maybe it will be good idea to provide you permissions to work in this code 
base. I am going to move current trunk to branch. And return branch v2 to 
trunk. I am working with loading masks and sample application. What do you 
think?

Would you consider moving this project to GitHub ? It provides better branching 
and people can fork it, do their patch work and then send a pull request. It 
really provides a better workflow for contributions.

I can try to merge our changes with your latest commits but I'd like to ask you 
to wait for us to send you the patch before switching the branch to trunk since 
I'm not sure how git-svn would deal with this change.

I wouldn't like to switch code hosting. But later I can switch VCS from 
subversion to mercurial which is available on code.google.com.
