Documentation not quite clear yet

Thanks @micheldumontier for getting this underway; I realize it is still early days, so you may already be aware of these things but ...

It is still a little difficult to figure out how to use the API from the documentation; for instance, this query:

http://api.prefixcommons.org/v1/resources

Yields a list of only a few records. Not sure what to expect.

Also, this query http://api.prefixcommons.org/v1/resource/prefix/aaindex should yield something but does not.

Is there currently a regular swagger UI to browse the available queries? Some example parameters would help.

ps. I'm not clear on what the working schema is?
