We have been using FastTreeSharp for over a month now, has excellent performance and is an order of mangitude smaller library than shap, which is for some reason, huge. the API is exactly the same, we definitely recommend switching over!

Since PowerShap supports KernelShap and non-tree models, we still need to include the original SHAP library for those models. While adding FastTreeShap is an excellent idea, we'd need to add it to the dependency list and keep SHAP in there as well. I'll keep this issue open for later reference.
