Spike: Praxis Website

We have plenty of markdown docs in GitHub, but we don't really have a website for the project yet. We do have the domain https://praxis.fast, but we're not making use of it yet except to verify the org.

As such, the purpose of this spike is to do some investigating and come up with some options for a website.

Guidelines

• prefer to do it in a separate repository
• something extremely lean: basic, but elegant
• frontpage covers the normal stuff: about, community, documentation, github, etc
• must run under GitHub pages (at least partially, open to suggestions here)

A simple GitHub pages + Docusaurus (documentation + API doc + Blog) would do great. I can work on this. I just need someone to setup a GitHub pages repo.

Actually we don't need a separate repo for this, we can just activate the page in the main repo settings:

In the repo settings at github.com/praxis-proxy/praxis -> Settings -> Pages:

Source: select GitHub Actions (not “Deploy from a branch”)
Custom domain: enter praxis.fast
Enforce HTTPS: check the box

We don't need to push another target repo if the source of the doc comes from praxis-proxy/praxis, it's doable but feels like config overhead.

The intention was to do it here, so that we can keep the concerns separate. Adding all that content, and managing it all in praxis combines too many things into one repository.
