Tweaks to Monaco editor

The Monaco editor now is so well integrated that it is not immediately clear that it is editable. We should add an icon to the upper right corner or something else to show that it is not just a regular code block

Also, the errors are slightly too shouty. We should both add a delay before the error appears and restrict it to a single line with a collapse option
