Please migrate away from libdb

Hello,

Oracle recently changed the licence of libdb to AGPL, which makes it essentially not distributable by Linux distributions, see
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=987013

Could rulex migrate to another database format?

What the alternatives could you suggest?

I don't know the area, but I can say I have seen people use gdbm for instance.
