unproper uninstall

Module doesn't uninstall proper. Installation routine installs FieldGeneratorHooks.module.
It should be uninstalled too if ProcessFieldGenerator.module will be uninstalled
Furthermore it should be uninstallable (Uninstall disabled) if ProcessFieldGenerator is still installed.(dependency)
Once uninstalled and then reinstalled later it doesn't work proper (screenshots)
Module creates two pages. These pages should also be deleted with uninstalling the module.

Hi @kixe, thanks for your comments. The module used to be deletable, but I removed this option in an earlier version to prevent loss of settings when uninstalling. I am planning to get a proper uninstall script in 1.0.0, as soon as I have some time to fix it.
