This is normal behaviour. The CCS folder is for you to add more script data into the game. If you're wanting the vanilla game script, you'll need to use CoilSnake's "decompile script" feature.

Keep in mind that this duplicates the script, which takes up a lot of space, so it's something you should only do for projects where you absolutely need it. If you only want to edit a few lines, you can duplicate them by hand in a new CCScript file and then use ROM statements to repoint things.

You can create new CCS files. Make a new file and rename it so it ends with ".ccs"
