[Bug]: Cannot submit answers in plan mode after choosing answers

• I searched existing issues and did not find a duplicate.

Steps to reproduce

1. Do a plan with prompt that will ask you questions.
2. Answer all questions by selecting / clicking
3. Click on "Submit Answers"
4. Doesn't work. There's quick flash of "Submitting..." then back to Submit Anwers text.
5. Questions don't get sent.
6. Cannot use chat thread.
7. The input to type a prompt also behaves funny. Cursor jumps around in the texts and cannot focus to the end of the line of text inside prompt input.

Expected behavior

Answers to questions are supposed to be sent to chat for thread to continue working.

Actual behavior
