[Feature]: Add a toggle for disabling the spellcheck in the desktop app

Problem or use case

i'm a native spanish speaker and i usually talk to the models in spanish. when i write text in spanish, i get all the text with red squiggly lines that come from the spellcheck. it doesn't affect functionality, but it is distracting.

Proposed solution

either:

• add a toggle in the settings page where we can enable / disable the spellcheck for the app.
• add language support for other widely used languages such as spanish.
  or both.

Why this matters

it would make using the app with other languages less distracting.
