Needs documentation on additional cluster tools

there are a few additional tools that are needed when on a new cluster:

for prometheus:

• metrics-server
• kube-state-metrics

for ingress:

• nginx ingress
• externaldns

these should be documented to avoid confusion for folks in new clusters
