TestWorkerGetOpt() likely hides a bug

What happened?

While working on TestWorkerGetOpt() in #1979, I discovered that the script exits with an error status when getopt() is called, but it's hidden in the logs because it's logged at debug level while we log only starting at info.

I've no idea of what's going on exactly.
