fix: timew broken on work machine

This isn't really a problem with the dotfiles, since the timew database is not stored centrally (maybe it should be?).

I'd like to start tracking time again properly, and for that timew needs to be configured (ideally automatically in combination with direnv)

Right now, I get:

Fixed, you needed to manually remove the dangling data in ~/.timewarrior/data.

I still don't really like this, it would be better to have the timew commands hook up to some database (with a local fallback)
