Request to update Azure.Core library (currently stuck at vulnerable version 1.36.0)

Hello Team,

We are using pgAdmin 4 in our enterprise environment and have identified that the bundled Azure.Core library version is 1.36.0, which is currently flagged as vulnerable by security scanners.

We upgraded pgAdmin from v9.9 → v9.11, but the Azure.Core library still remains at 1.36.0. It appears that this dependency has not been updated in recent pgAdmin releases.

Could you please confirm:

1. When will a pgAdmin version be released with Azure.Core ≥ 1.38.0?
2. Is there a planned update cycle for Azure libraries used by pgAdmin?
3. If possible, can you include an updated Azure.Core version in the next pgAdmin build?

This dependency is critical for us because our security policy does not allow Azure.Core 1.36.0 in production environments.

We released pgAdmin 4 v9.12 yesterday, which includes the latest azure-core library. Please upgrade to pgAdmin4 v 9.12 and check.
