find lglpk when configuring

When configuring does not complain about "cannot find -lglpk"

when building vroom it did not complian,
The complain was when linking

But from installing vroom dependencies
From this line:

sudo apt-get install libssl-dev libasio-dev libglpk-dev

I guess that vroom is not checking properly for its dependencies
