Add Arduino 2.0 Beta installation

Add to new-System.sh installation of beta version of Arduino-IDE

Use similar approach to obsidian, perhaps, improve.py used to be generalist.

As of ubuntu 20.04, python3 is default python, should be able to run python2 code with old pip using: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/64296359/how-can-i-install-pip-for-python2-7-in-ubuntu-20-04

Python2 is necessary for compiling esp32 code. Use it to

pip2 install pyserial

and perhaps

pip2 install esptool
