Guard Delete Buttons

Presently, buttons that delete tables and even projects are not sufficiently guarded. For mass delete operations, the user should have to type the name of the thing being deleted.

This should apply to:

• projects
• models
• user-defined fields on models
• relationships
• user-defined fields on relationships
