Improved Merge Information

In FairData, users can see the GUIDs of the records that were merge into a given record. It would be really helpful to have more information displayed for each merged record, such as its original name, date of merge, etc.

This was written somewhat vaguely because I wasn't sure what information was already there or could be persevered for records in this state. The objective is to make these merged records easier to identify for the end user, who is trying to understand the history of the final record.

Currently there's only a UUID and a date field. The label for the date field said “created at” in the UI it's not clear to users whether it's referring to the merge date or the original record's creation date. On my branch I've updated the label to say "merge date". I've also almost finished adding a name field. This was non-trivial because the merge table is polymorphic and each model type stores its name in a different way.

Any model-specific fields would be a lot more complex because the record_merges table that stores merge history is used polymorphically for all model types.

That being said, this feature will come in quite a bit below the budgeted 10 hours. I think I'll put up a PR once my work on the name field is done and then think about it some more after completing the join feature.
