I see there is no Windows version. Is it because Windows has limitations?

To be hones the reason is that versions are provided for operating systems officially supported by us. On Windows we currently do not provide support services.
That being said, this is something we are investigating. Are you deploying PostgreSQL on Windows? I would love to learn more about your experiences, especially around troubleshooting and HA deployments.

Yes, we deploy on Windows.
My scenario is very specific: Medical Devices.
Regulatory bodies (FDA, EU, etc) are consolidating cybersecurity as #1 priority.
TDE implemented for PostgreSQL on Windows would be a winner!
