pywin32 package is named pypiwin32 under PyPi

I tried to install your gpsbabel python wrapper but had the following error
`error: Could not find suitable distribution for Requirement.parse('pywin32')`

changing the corresponding line in setup.py from pywin32 to pypiwin32 worked.
