Split OOP from Introduction into its own chapter #1003

#837 Was mistakenly targeted by a PR that fixed a similar issue, so I am recreating it as it was originally
Most of the introduction is truly an introduction, but the OOP parts (current sections 1.12 and 1.13) are on classes which is a key data structures topic and deserving of its own chapter following the instruction.
