Theme Updater integration

I'll work on this after I figure out how it can best be integrated. But it may necessitate a name change to git-updates, git-updater, wordpress-git-updater, etc.

I'd be happy with git-updates or git-updates-for-wordpress.

wordpress-git-updater sounds nice, but I do find it a bit annoying when plugins all end up in the "W" section because so many start with WP or WordPress. :/
