When I confirm my Apple Pay payment, after the completion page, I get the following error (Sylius 1.12) :

Request GetStatus{model: ArrayObject} is not supported. Make sure the gateway supports the requests and there is an action which supports this request (The method returns true). There may be a bug, so look for a related issue on the issue tracker.

No, but I’ve contacted support about it. Actually, the JS part relies on Semantic UI classes, so if you’re using a Bootstrap-based theme like I am, it won’t work.

I don't know if you were able to fix your issue but maybe it might help someone coming across this.

I had the same issue with Sylius 1.14.

This exact error is triggered by Payum because ApplePay is not enabled to have this action. You can see it in src/Resources/config/services/action.xml. The reason is: ApplePay is not supposed to go in the workflow with Payum at all.

The JS of the plugin is supposed to work in a way where the button to go to the next step is hidden when clicking on the radio button of ApplePay, and it should display an actual ApplePay button : <apple-pay-button id="payplug-applepay-btn" (...)> from src/Resources/views/SyliusShopBundle/Checkout/SelectPayment/_choice.html.twig.

Like @ehibes said if you don't use the semantic-ui classes you will have this issue. The JS is relying on it and therefore the applePay button was not displayed and I was clicking on the "next step" button so it was going into Payum workflow (where it should never end up because the process of applePay should short-circuit Payum).

In my case I changed the html to not used a radio button for ApplePay and also rewrote part of the JS to avoid the applePay button to be hidden.
