Pull latest doc-core version into the site package and add all docs to it

Once the last issue in the Q1 doc-core feature epic is closed we should:

• bump the version of the doc-core in the site package
• update the site package to have the doc-core ingest all PF6 docs that the documentation-site is currently displaying
• verify that all PF6 docs are accessible via the API
• verify that the updated API is published

Any bugs discovered in the doc-core during this process are not in the scope of this issue
