Bug with jQuery UI CSS

Injecting jQuery UI CSS is causing problems with websites that already have their own version of jQuery UI.

The CSS needs to be fully scoped or removed from the plugin.

Independently discovered this same bug. I can confirm that it is causing issues.

I am removing jquery UI css from the repo, replacing any icons / styles with custom styles or inline png/svgs.
