Add Organization Creation

It would be great to be able to manage the following from the SDK/API:

1. Organization Creation (CRUD)
2. Update Authentication provider rules for org assignment with that new org

Happy to talk more about the use case, but at least num.1 feels like a clear gap today

Hi @brentshulman-silkline we are currently working on Organization CRUD endpoints and I expect them to be available either end of December or early January.

We are also looking at auth provider assignment rules, probably by end of January, but that timeline is less certain.

Hey @brentshulman-silkline there is now a private beta release of create organization available, you can find the docs here. If you have a chance to take a look, let us know if it would meet the requirements! Until this API changes to public beta though, I'd recommend not using this endpoint given it's subject to change without notice.
