Having any other default language than english gets you a 404 accesing the gallery from ACE Toolkit

It inserts the language code in the url and only https://ot4i.github.io/ace-tutorials/en/ exists. For spanish it looks for https://ot4i.github.io/ace-tutorials/es/TutorialManager.html and so on.

Hi @mbalino ... thank you for reporting this. We will investigate this - as described it is likely an issue in the ACE codebase rather than in the Github tutorial content itself so we will need to track this inside an internal IBM issue ... once resolved I will post an update back here.
