Improvement for main-header-wrap clearheader

Hi. First of all, great work!

Descr.

For smaller window view, the parts main-header-wrap clearheader looks little bit to fix. See screenshots below.

Repro steps

1. Go to https://www.ossec.net/
2. Change browser' window size to smaller and finally to the smallest
3. See issue
