How can the model be queried for (a list of known projects and) for the reletive score and score rationale for each project?

I am looking for instructions how to query the model about the relative score and its rationale of particular project, in my case https://github.com/libexpat/libexpat that you have on record as "expat". Is that something that the model supports as of today?
