Block Windows Store from opening links

As shown in this screenshot, there are default associations set for "Store" and they need to be deleted:

The interface, despite implying allowing disabling of these associations, does not. I found a method (but forgot what it was) to remove these, but it is not a fixed method per-say, and sucks ass. I need an easy and reliable way to do this...
