Minor / cleanup suggestion: IMO the user should receive feedback in the UI suggesting that their account is disabled.

The issue here may be that the backend error message is not formatted in a way that typically results in user-facing error messages.

The fix was announced in the changelog, and we're aiming for a release to Ory Network production around March 18.
