Feature Request: Include a Simple Voice Recorder Application

I noticed that there is currently no simple voice recorder application included by default. Even a very basic audio recording tool could be useful for many users.

For example, users might want to:

Quickly record voice notes
Record short audio clips from a microphone
Test microphone functionality

At the moment, users need to search for and install third-party applications just to record simple audio. Including a lightweight and easy-to-use voice recorder would improve the out-of-the-box experience, especially for beginners.
